Warranty
eDesignerShop is proud to offer a one year limited warranty program on all items purchased from eDesignerShop.net. The warranty is good for a one year period from the date you receive the products.
The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage due to mishandling. Products covered by this warranty will be repaired or replaced.
To use the warranty program, contact customer service through email, live chat or phone with your order number. You will be issued a repair number if you are
still within the return period. Please send your products prepaid, along with Warranty form, insured and in a suitable carton to the address on the warranty form.
If a carrier damaged your product you should make the appropriate claim with that carrier, as soon as is possible. If your product was damaged
through normal wear and tear, or is outside the warranty period, please try a local leather repair center or specialty store for individual care.
